TERM-seal Systems explained

TERM-seal are new and innovative products developed for all termite and water-proofing solutions.

The TERM-seal Passive systems are non-toxic and developed from inorganic compounds that come together to create a new and exciting method of termite management and waterproofing.

TERM-seal Active Systems contain , an active constituent, 0.1% Bifenthrin, as a repellent and is APVMA approved

The low level of Bifenthrin is encapsulated by the polymers and does not leach over time.

FULLY TESTED AND COMPLIANT

Our sheet strips for masonry cord protection, ant capping  joint protection, compounds and sealants have been field tested under highly rigorous conditions  against economically damaging species of termites in Broome western Australia, Port Macquarie,  New South Wales, Brisbane Queensland and at CSIRO sites in the Northern Territory.

TERM-seal systems comply with A.S.3660.1-2000, A.S.3660.3-2000

The waterproofing tests were conducted by CSIRO and achieved a high pass. The compound was tested to A.S/N.Z 4858 and when installed complies with A.S. 3740.

Damp coarse membrane Suitability of our TERM-seal capping strip was tested and passed by CSIRO to As/NZS 4347.1-1995
